Coherence Explorer

See what a change breaks before you approve it.

Answers, with the evidence attached.

Everything the Explorer returns comes from the model, so every answer carries the document, schema line or code behind it. Where the evidence runs out, it says so.

Answers are filtered to what the person asking is cleared to see, and a line of inquiry is kept: sessions can be paused, resumed, named and shared inside your organisation.

Impact, deliverables and gaps, from the same model.

Shows the impactPick a change, such as retiring a system, rewriting a rule or merging two teams, and see what is touched, what breaks, and who has to say yes, before you commit.
Writes the documentAsk for a mandate, a specification, an assessment or an analysis. The model sets what the deliverable must contain, and the linked sources supply the evidence. Back comes a chaptered draft, every chapter naming its sources, for your expert to edit and sign.
Computes what is missingThe model holds what the domain’s rules require to exist alongside what your material actually provides, so a missing requirement becomes a numbered gap, graded by which rules become unenforceable, with the action that closes it.

The answer pipeline.

The same steps for every question, and the last one is deterministic.

Plans the searchThe platform reads the question and decides which searches to run against the model and its evidence.
Searches two waysEvery search runs twice, by meaning and by exact wording, and the results are merged. The exact term your documents use is found even when the question paraphrases it, and the other way round.
Filters by clearanceResults are cut to what the person asking is cleared to see, before any reasoning starts. Two people can ask the same question and each gets an answer built only from material they are allowed to see.
Reasons over what came backThe answer is drafted from the retrieved material and the model alone.
Checks every citationEach cited source is checked against what the searches actually returned. A claim whose citation fails is dropped; if none survives, the answer is replaced with a statement that the evidence is insufficient. The check is a lookup.

The same question-answering runs in the Studio and on the transformation map, under the same citation check, wherever you ask.

Sessions, saved questions and question lists.

For work that runs longer than one question.

SessionsA conversation is kept with its findings and its citations. Pause it, resume it, name it, share it inside your organisation.
Saved questionsA question worth re-asking is saved and re-run against the current state of the model.
Question listsHand it a list of questions and it works through them as one batch, each answer cited like any other.
Initiative scopeA question can be confined to the scope of one initiative on the transformation map, so the answer stays inside the change being considered.
Tables and chartsWhere the answer is a set, it comes back as a table and chart, exportable.

The Explorer reads the model; it does not change it. When a conversation produces a proposed edit, the platform first shows what the edit would touch, and the edit proceeds only after one of your experts confirms it.
